The Website and App together are referred to as the āPlatformā.
These terms of service (āTermsā / āTerms of Useā) outline the rules and conditions under which Fashion i Parish provides users (āusersā, āyouā, āyourā) access to and use of the Platform. ABOUT OUR SERVICES
Fashion i Parish offers a wide range of services through its Platform, including but not limited to enabling users to showcase, sell, promote, and purchase fashion and lifestyle products such as clothing, footwear, and accessories. You can also engage with other community members and benefit from Fashion i Parishās end-to-end support services, which include product creation, payment processing, order management, manufacturing, packaging, fulfillment, and customer support (āServicesā).
HOW TO AVAIL AND USE THE SERVICES?
Services. We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access the Platform and use the Services solely as permitted under these Terms. You agree not to use the Platform or Services for any illegal activities or in any way that violates these Terms.
Access Suspension. Fashion i Parish reserves the right to suspend or terminate any userās access to the Platform or discontinue the Services at any time, for any reason, without prior notice or liability.
Updates. You may be required to install updates or upgrades to continue accessing the Platform or using the Services. All such updates provided by us are considered part of the Services.
Account Creation. To use the Services, you must create an account by providing personal information such as your name, date of birth, address, email, phone number, location, and payment details. All personal data collected is governed by our Privacy Policy.
By accessing the Platform or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not create an account or use the Platform.
Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately if your password is compromised or your account is accessed without authorization. We will take necessary actions to block the account upon notification.
By creating an account, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and agree to keep it updated. You agree not to impersonate others, use false information, create multiple accounts, or provide an email that is not your own.

CONTENT & COPYRIGHT POLICY
You acknowledge that all information, images, photos, data, text, music, sound, graphics, videos, messages, or other materials (āContentā), whether publicly shared or privately transmitted, are the exclusive property of the original creator. Fashion i Parish does not claim permanent ownership of your Content. You retain all copyrights and other rights you hold in any Content you submit, post, upload, display, or sell through Fashion i Parish.
By submitting, posting, uploading, displaying, or selling Content on the Platform, you grant Fashion i Parish a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, and archive your Content as necessary to operate the Platform and provide the Services.

Fashion i Parish and its authorized representatives reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to pre-screen, reject, or remove any Content available on the Platform. You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for evaluating and assuming all risks related to the use of any Content, including relying on its accuracy, completeness, or usefulness. Accordingly, you understand that you should not rely solely on Content created or submitted by Fashion i Parish, including information related to collaborations, posts, or any other material on the Platform.
By using Fashion i Parishās services, you consent to receive promotional and informational communications via SMS, email, or both. When you place an order, you will automatically be subscribed to order-related WhatsApp notifications.
Without limiting other remedies, we reserve the right to limit, suspend, or terminate services and user accounts, restrict access to the Platform, remove content, and take necessary technical or legal actions to prevent users from accessing the Platform if they cause disruptions, pose legal risks, or violate these Terms.

GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
The Platform and Services of Fashion.I Parish are managed, hosted, and operated from India. This Agreement is governed by Indian law, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in courts located in Mumbai, and you consent to the jurisdiction of these courts.
